Where is Hayfield Mini Storage located?
Our property address is conveniently located at 201 Hayfield Road, Knoxville, TN 37922. We’re southeast of the intersection of Parkside Drive and Hayfield Road, from the north (turn at Beaty Chevrolet) and the intersection of Kingston Pike and Hayfield Road to the south (turn at Weigels).
What are your office hours?
We are available at the office from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday – Friday) and from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (Saturday). We have been serving Knoxville since 1987, so please don’t hesitate to ask us anything you need.
What are your access hours?
Tenants can get access to their storage units from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 7 days a week – including holidays. Our management staff is very professional and will help you rent a unit over the phone if you need!
How far are you from Cedar Bluff and Turkey Creek?
We are about a 5 minute drive via US-11 Kingston Pike or Parkside Drive. We’re also close to the communities of Farragut, Westland Drive, Northshore Drive and Middlebrook Pike.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes, we have exterior spaces for boats, cars, campers, and trailers. Our driveways are extra spacious, so it’s always easy to maneuver your vehicle around, even when there are multiple people getting access to the outdoor parking spaces.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access allows you to park your car or moving van next to your unit so that you can load and unload directly from your vehicle. Each self-storage unit is well lit, making it easy for you to get around and store your items.
Do you have video surveillance?
Yes, activity is recorded 24 hours a day by security cameras. Any entry or exit is also recorded and stored. As one of our customers, you will be able to use our electronic security gates to enter the property with your own personal private code.
What materials make up your property?
At Hayfield Mini Storage, we won’t allow the elements to wreak havoc on your belongings! We have no flat roofs or metal buildings because that means you would likely have to deal with heat and moisture issues. Our property is built with high-quality masonry construction.
Can I rent a unit online?
We prefer that you speak or meet with our onsite management staff. We want to assure that our potential tenants are well informed. Our leases may be done on a month-to-month basis; so you are never stuck with a long-term contract. We also have insurance available for all storage units and outdoor parking spots.
